 | El Paso Electric Since 1998 Great Southwestern Construction has provided new overhead and underground distribution systems including; new and rebuild distribution lines, re-conductor, pole change-outs, primary U.G. cable installation, transformer change-outs, street lighting, etc. for El Paso Electric and other entities in the region.  Georgia Power GSWC has performed underground distribution for Georgia Power since 2000. Work included trenching, cable placement, directional boring, setting pad mounted transformers, cable terminations and service connections throughout the State of Georgia. Luke Air Force Base Four multi-year contracts were performed in converting 90% of the base from overhead to underground distribution including ductbanks, sectionalizing gear, transformers and demolition of existing overhead system. Ash Circuit Conversion Project Truth or Consequences, NM New and rebuild construction throughout the town of Truth or Consequences, including new construction of 12kV overhead distribution line and converting single phase to three phase 12kV, plus underground distribution.
