Great Southwestern Construction and the Delaney Group, Inc. are nearing completion of the Keenan II Wind Project located near Woodward, Oklahoma.  Great Southwestern's portion of the project consisted of constructing a new 138kV substation, 10 miles of 138kV transmission line, and the collection system for 66 Siemens Turbines.  Delaney Group is a division of Tetra Tech.

The Alta Wind Project consisted of a new 230kV substation located in Tehachapi, California.  Great Southwestern Construction completed this new substation for the joint venture of Wind Energy Constructors and Balfour Beatty.
