Great Southwestern crews wrecked out and rebuilt 18 miles of 69kV line, replacing existing wood pools with 173 steel poles. As the EPC prime, Great Southwestern provided and procured all material and manpower, a full QA/QC program with material management services, and a PM for all data entry for cost, schedule, and weekly progress meeting updates.
